Product Overview

Leukapheresed CD8+ Cytotoxic T cells are negatively selected from MNC using an indirect immunomagnetic CD8+ T cell labeling system. Cells are shipped in a centrifuge tube. Cell purity is determined using a FACS assay. Count and viability is determined using AO/PI. Cells are collected from healthy donors following IRB protocols.
